Disclosure Statement

Ben and Brittany provide pastoral care and spiritual coaching with a specialty in restoration and freedom from areas where spiritual bondages have blocked an individual, marriage, family or business from achieving their full potential and destiny. Both Ben and Brittany operate in the gifts of the spirit, such as discernment of spirits, words of knowledge, wisdom of the Lord, impartation, and other prophetic giftings as the Holy Spirit directs. Each coaching session is unique and driven by what the Holy Spirit would like to accomplish in the individual’s life at that time.

The client understands and agrees that Ben and/or Brittany provide coaching and prayer services. They will prayerfully use and follow the best discernment and wisdom with which God has gifted and anointed which comes from God. The client further understands and acknowledges however that God, being who He is, His mystery and revelation is not always understood or correctly discerned by them or any human, that there is no guarantee of such accuracy by Ben and/or Brittany, and the potential for error in such wisdom and discernment is always present. It is Ben and Brittany’s recommendation that any portion of the services should always be prayerfully weighed and confirmed independently by the client (including but not limited to submission of it to the client’s spiritual authority) before acting on it.

The client further understands and agrees that by following or adopting any part of the coaching, including but not limited to any prophetic words provided by Ben and Brittany, the client is making a decision based solely on faith to trust and obey God with respect to any such choice, and shall not seek to hold Ben and Brittany liable in any way for any financial, emotional, health or other loss that may be experienced in connection with any of the coaching or prayer.

The client further understands that maintaining freedom from spiritual bondages requires commitment and daily choices. If the client willingly walks back into previous destructive behaviors which result in the bondages returning and even intensifying, it is the sole responsibility of the client; and Ben and Brittany will not be held liable in any fashion.

The information provided by you during your coaching session is legally confidential except as required by law. Exceptions to confidentiality include “threat of serious harm to self or others,” as in the case of child abuse, suicide, grave disability, child pornography, and a threat of national disaster. Sexual contact between any client (or clients) and Ben and Brittany is not a recognized form of coaching or pastoral care and is illegal in Nebraska.

Both the client and Ben Wamberg and/or Brittany Wamberg agree that coaching and pastoral care are not counseling or therapy which requires providing a diagnosis. Ben and Brittany do not have a contractual agreement with your insurance company. In requesting their services, you agree to accept legal and financial responsibility for the cost of those services. Your right to confidentiality may be waved in the case of non-payment for services. Your name may be given to a collection agency.

Please be on time for all appointments. If you need to make a change in the schedule, please notify Ben and/or Brittany 24 hours in advance. Without a 24 hour notice, clients will be charged the full fee for all broken or missed appointments. Telephone sessions and consultations will be billed at the same rate but the time will be prorated.

The following is Ben and Brittany’s fee schedule:

$50.00/Hour individual session (Ben or Brittany) 

$75.00/Hour with both Ben and Brittany 

We recommend a two-hour time period. This facilitates the specialized work that we do.
